This week I started reading Womenomics.
This very feminist book talks about the power of women in modern economy. It is about the capacity of management, how organize your time and make your life better since women are in a good position on work force.
Talks about flexibility too, some companies that allow different time shift, 4 days of work per week and the possibility to work at home.
It made me think about how lucky I am, since my company is very flexible in time shift and allowed me work at home the whole time.
Since 2004 I do not know what means traffic and I am able to organize my routine considering just valuable activities. I spend time on traffic when and if I want.
I work hard, and sometimes I don't see recognition for that, but I can not blame my work to make my life harder. It has some difficult times, but has more facilities than issues, that is fact.
